Custom Cakes in Southfield: Our Flavors, Sizes & How to Order

Birthdays, showers, anniversaries or just because: our cakes are baked to order at our family-owned bakery in Southfield. Here's a look at some of the flavors we make and how to order one.

A few of our cake flavors

• Carrot Cake: carrot cake, vanilla buttercream and pineapple pecan cream cheese filling

• German Sweet Chocolate: chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and classic coconut pecan filling

• Mozart Torte: a brownie layer, chocolate chiffon layer, chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream

• Lemon Blueberry Torte: lemon cake, lemon simple syrup and vanilla blueberry buttercream

• Autumn Harvest Cake: pumpkin cake, fresh apple pie filling and cream cheese frosting

• Campfire Cake: graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache and marshmallow fluff

• Celebration Cookie Cake: a chocolate chip cookie cake with sprinkles and buttercream

• Chiffon Torte: vanilla, chocolate or marbled cake with whipped cream or buttercream filling, with fruit if you like

Gluten-free cake options

Our Flourless Chocolate (9") and Chocolate Cherry Truffle (10", flourless) are gluten free, and the Funfetti Cake, Celebration Cookie Cake and Chiffon Torte have gluten-free options. Please note that Culinary Combo Bakery is not a nut-free or gluten-free zone, so we can't guarantee that any item is completely free of an allergen.

How to order a cake

• Please allow a minimum of one week for all cake orders.

• Call 248-624-9594 to place your order, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 1pm.

• All requests are subject to bakery confirmation.
